The Amazing Spiderman

Luke got some new pj's from his Nana and he loves them! Although, his Dad loves them even more!

As a superhero, you always have to have your cell phone ready to answer any calls for help. But you can chew on it while you're waiting for the calls.

To be a strong superhero, you have to eat your vegetables!

Even superhero's have to go to bed!

Happy Saint Patrick's Day

He moves too fast for me to get an actual good shot, but here are a couple of cute ones!

Is there anything he won't chew on?

Aha! The remote is mine!

I want your camera!

Prayer Request

My best friend and roommate, Amanda, took 40+ students from Butler University to Jamaica this morning. She has done this trip for 6 years now. They will be going to the Hanbury Home orphanage and working with the kids there. They will also be doing some projects around the home. It will be a long and tiring week for them, but so rewarding!

Please pray for her and the students this week. Please pray for safe travels. (They fly all day and then take a scary 4 hour bus ride to Mandeville) Please pray that God will be glorified on this trip and that everyone will be impacted by Jesus. Thank you!

Here are some pictures from when JC and I went on this trip a few years ago. It was an amazing experience...

Here is me with a few of the kids

This is JC and Daniel.

This is a mural that JC designed. He lead his team in painting it on the wall of one of the dorms.

Funny Faces

Can you believe this kid is 11 months old already? The other night, I got my camera out to take some pictures. Every time I held the camera up, Luke would make these funny faces and squint his eyes. It was like he knew to pose for the camera. So hysterical!

Go IU!

Even though IU has been going through a rough time lately, Luke has been right there supporting them! He wasn't sure who to cheer for during the IU-PU game though!

Kai had fun pushing Luke around on his truck last night. Hopefully Luke will be able to return the favor soon. :)

Our new favorite band

If you haven't had the chance to play Rock Band, you need to buy it or find someone who has it and play! It is so much fun! Last night the Warners, Nottinghams, and Trombleys got together to debut their talents. Our band name is, Loveburger (for those of you Can't Hardly Wait fans). After the kids were in bed, we rocked for a few hours. I don't have any pictures of that though and its too bad because it was quite funny! But I did snap some shots of the kids playing around!

Here we have Emma on drums, and Macy and Kenna playing guitar. Looks like Reese and Kai are background dancers? (Luke was in bed)...

Here is Kai playing drums. He's very talented!

February Update...

So, we've had a pretty random month. First of all, we have all been sick! After Luke got better, I went to Tech and subbed for 3 days straight. I think I picked up something there. And then being the good wife that I am...passed it on to JC! We're starting to feel better though finally. Secondly, my best friend, Amanda, has moved in with us for a little while. She's house hunting and currently resides in our red room until she finds a place. It's been so great having her around. She's such a help with Luke and so far, a pretty good roommate.

A couple of weeks ago, my 5-year old buddy Emma came over for the whole day. We had a blast watching movies, making cookies, and doing lots of crafts. She LOVES Luke so much. And I love these cute pictures!

Here is a picture of the Luke-man on Valentine's Day...My mom was here watching Luke while I subbed and brought him this cute shirt!

JC has already been teaching Luke about the "beautiful" game of hockey (JC's words, not mine) Here is Luke wearing one of his hockey shirts, as well as his game face!
