Robot Room

Here are some pictures of Luke's room in our new house. JC painted these robots over the last few days. He's so talented! (The little guy is my favorite!) Luke loves them. He points and says "ro ro ro"

Little Fish

I finally put Luke's little pool outside and filled it with water. Like most kids, he loves to be outside and loves swimming. Splashing is his specialty and he's getting good at kicking too. :) Isn't summer the best?

Murder on the Grill

This week we decided to host a murder mystery dinner party! It was so much fun. Everyone dressed up like a character from the 50's, we ate tons of food, and then played the game. The kids all thought their parents had gone crazy. I bet you wish I would tell you who the cold-blooded killer was...you'll just have to play the game and find out for yourself!



JC's artwork...I asked him to do a quick sketch of something 50's on our chalkboard. 1 minute later, I turned around and he had drawn this. He's so ridiculously talented!

Loving the water

We met my MOPS group at the Broad Ripple spray park. It was awesome! Luke had a blast running from place to place watching the water spray. He was drenched by the end of the hour. The funny thing is that he HATES the shower...cries every time I get in. But, the spray park he loves. What is up with that?

We're so old...

A few weeks ago, my awesome friends, Mike and Kim were in Indianapolis visiting. We met up with our other awesome friends, Amanda and Phil. We have all been friends since elementary school! And we have each had our first babies (all boys) within the last year. It was great to hang out and so wierd to all be parents! I felt so OLD!!! They have been great friends over the years and I am so happy that we have stayed connected!

Luke LOVES his blankie. He won't go to bed without it. He gave up his pacifier around 7 months of age and turned to his blankie instead. He chews on it until it is soaked with slobber. It's disgusting!!! :)

Annual Tech Zoo Trip

My Tech friends and their kids finally found a time to go to the zoo together! It was a lot of fun. Luke LOVED all the animals...alot more than he did last year!
